So, many of you may or may not know, but, I won a flip mino from moneybites.com Market Leverage affiliate contest!  My flip was waiting for me when I got home from work.  I did not get to open the box, my wife did, she was excited for me

They also sent me a nice golf shirt, and a hat, as well as a personal greeting on the flip itself.  Thanks to Max for running a super blog teaching others how to earn online and thanks the Market Leverage for taking care of their affiliates! Do you think multitasking will help you get more done?

I know, we all come from the time and place where multitasking is the norm, but the question is, does it work? Even more specifically, does multitasking work for bloggers and internet marketers?
I have my own little theories about this, which I aim to share with you in this post.

First off, where did this term come from? The term multitasking, is derived from the process by which a computer’s cpu handles more than one task at a time. I know it is said that the human brain is the most complex of computers, and I agree. The thing is, by default, we are already multitasking, we just aren’t as  aware of it. Continue reading →

Another week has gone by and a lot has been done. I had a pretty productive week, I got some things that I wanted to get done finished up. I also started on some new tasks and things are looking good.

IMwithJoe accomplishments from the past week

Some of the things I completed last week were:

• Moved all my websites over to hostgator hosting, I love their hosting.
• I increased my daily readers by 20 or so, hey, it’s good to me!
• I increased my RSS subs by 10, though the chicklet hasn’t updated, my feedburner account shows 50+ hey, I’ll take small steps towards to goal…each reader counts to me!
• I have some more interviews lined up for ifthisblogcouldtalk.com
• I got a banner created for ifthisblogcouldtalk.com
• I made some progress on one of my new projects, decided on the format of the website
• My bounce rate for IMwithJoe.com has decresed…I’m under %50 now, it was between 60 and 70 for a while
• read some new blogs and chatted with some new folks
• I won a flip mino through a market leverage contest on moneybites.com so you’ll be seeing my ugly mugg up on this site soon!
